Admission Procedure
1. Form Fill up (Offline/Online)
- Students can fill the admission form either offline or online.
- For online submissions, the form is available on the Darul Uloom Hasaniya website.
- Please ensure that all fields are filled accurately to avoid any delay in processing.
2. Scrutiny of Admission Form by the Admission Committee
- After submission, the Admission Committee will carefully scrutinize the forms.
- Incomplete or incorrect forms may be rejected or returned for further clarification.
3. Admission Test
- Once the form is approved, the Admission Committee will conduct an Admission Test.
- The test will assess the applicant’s knowledge and readiness for the program.
- Details regarding the test date and format will be shared with applicants prior to the exam.
4. Oral Interview by the Admission Committee
- After successfully passing the admission test, the selected students will undergo an oral interview.
- The interview is conducted to assess the student’s personality, communication skills, and suitability for the program.
5. Final Admission Decision
- Upon successful completion of the interview, the Campus Director and Principal will make the final admission decision.
- Admitted students will be notified and provided with further instructions regarding the commencement of their program.
Documents Required for Admission:
For All Students (In-state and Out-of-state):
A valid Aadhar Card for identity verification.
A valid Election Card for address verification.
A School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate from the last attended educational institution.
Copies of mark sheets, certificates, and any other relevant documents from the last completed educational level.
Recent passport-sized photographs (usually 2-3).
A health certificate confirming the student's fitness for attending school.
For students applying under specific caste categories, a valid caste certificate may be required.
For Out-of-State Students (Additional Documents):
A proof of residence (electricity utility bill, or government-issued document).
A copy of the guardian’s or parent’s identity proof (Aadhar Card, Election Card, or Passport).
If the student is from another state, they must provide information about their local guardian in Himatnagar (if applicable). This should include a copy of the guardian’s ID proof and a letter of consent.
For students coming from educational boards outside Gujarat, a Migration Certificate from their previous institution may be required.

- Admission Timeline: The admission process will begin after the Ramzan vacation. Exact dates of admission start and closed will be shared on the Darul Uloom Hasaniya website.
- Incomplete Applications: Ensure all necessary documents are submitted with the application to avoid any delays in the processing.

- Out-of-State Students: If you are applying from outside Gujarat, please ensure all additional documents are submitted with your application.
