- Objective: Gather feedback from students, faculty, and alumni to ensure continuous improvement of the institution.
- Functions:
- Design and distribute feedback forms to students, faculty, and alumni.
- Collect, analyze, and take suitable action on feedback from all stakeholders.
- Regularly monitor the suggestion box and analyze the collected suggestions.
- Take action based on the suggestions and send findings and reports to the management for further implementation.
